I have worked with Bob and Tom for many many years for our business with tremendous success and no complaints. So, when I needed a complete assessment of my home HVAC and ventilation, of course I called them. Bob and Tom came out and spent over 90 minutes in all of the nooks and crannies to give me their best evaluation and write up. Over the last 2 days their team was here and, for a very reasonable charge considering the scope of work and the results, my 3400 sq. ft home is now functioning as it should! I couldn't be happier with them and their team. They are EXTREMELY knowledgable and very fair in pricing. Can't go wrong with Santa Clarita Custom Air!

When you see water leaking from your HVAC second drain (that's the pipe you see sticking out of the stucco above a door or window) you need to call to get your unit serviced to clear the line. I called my go to guy Scott R and found the referral was to SC Custom Air. Scout had retired. I checked the review and discovered that this company had done one repair for me when they noticed a cap missing while they were working on my neighbors home. Also a good friend was mentioned in a review so I took a chance and was glad I did I confirmed they were lic and bonded and had 30 years under their belt . They came out same day and the rep was both professional and with in the time line promised. They did the job fast and with care. What more could you ask. The charge I felt was a good value and if needed I would call them out again.

Amazing service & excellent work. Our AC unit died during our recent hot spell. Bob Lucas's crew helped us after hours, on a weekend. They installed our unit & have maintained for us for over 10 years. I can't say enough good things about them to express my gratitude. What's more, their charges were very reasonable. Couldn't be happier with my experiences with SCCA. I've been using them for years. They replaced my HVAC system when it finally needed replacing. They are readily available when service is needed. I just recently had great service from Alastair for an annual check-up which revealed the need for resealing all the spiral ductwork on the roof. He was back in a week and performed the work in an hour. Highly recommend SCCA!

Excellent company. Put new HVAC system in early summer. Came back today to install new ductwork. Crew is punctual, neat and efficient I would highly recommend this company to all my family, neighbors and friends! Bob the owner and Tom his right hand man are personable and very knowledgeable!

I called and asked to talk about replacing my Air Conditioner which was 30+ years old. They sent out a Technician and he looked over my unit and gave me a quote for a new unit and Coil. The next day one of the bosses and the owner came out and we discussed some options and tentatively scheduled the replacement day subject to availability of equipment. Later that day(Tuesday), I received a call confirming that the work would be done on that Friday beginning at 8am. The workers arrived on time and the work was actually done a little early. Everything is up and running. Thank You.

Bob Lucas & Tom Chappel came over for an estimate for a new unit & condenser and living in a Condo complicates EVERYTHING. Both of them gave me peace of mind and the comfort & trust I needed from an honest A/C company. They took care of handling my homeowners association & city permit. On the day of installation, the crew was professional and focused. I met the Foreman Clark and the crew: Alistair, Rafael, Miguel, Roberto & sorry I forgot one name. Work was completed in one day and I love my Carrier unit. I even got new grills and an awesome Honeywell thermostat. I'm very happy, my Condo feels brand new!

Got a very fair estimate. Said the workers would arrive at 8. They were on time, finished the installation of both furnace and Air conditioner plus showed us how to set up the thermostat on our phones and were done by 2:30. Everything was cleaned up nicely. Bob Lucus is a great company.

I called Santa Clarita Custom Air to check out a problem on the AC system of a rental property I own. They responded the same day and fixed the problem. I thought it might be an expensive repair, but they were able to find the problem and fix it for a reasonable price.

If you are looking for a company that prides itself on getting the job done right, then Santa Clarita Custom Air is who you should call. We had an excellent experience with the company recently when they replaced our thermostat and relay. Our technician was pleasant, very knowledgeable and tenacious. He didn't rest until the unit was working as well as it could. The office staff was helpful and organized. They are pros. They know what they are doing. Would use them again in the future.

These guys are great. My condenser fan went out at the worst time, 100 degrees +. I called and got an appointment for the next day (unheard of in a heat wave). They came out, quickly diagnosed the problem and actually had the correct fan motor on the truck. The job was done in under 1 1/2 hours. My air is working better now than it ever has in the 8 years I've lived here. Before the repair, on 100 degree days, my air conditioning would not cool below 78 degrees. Today was 100 degrees and the air conditioning held at 74 degrees. I Highly recommended Santa Clarita Custom Air.

I have a home warranty. After going back and forth with them and waiting for a appointment days out I called this company who does my servicing every year.

They came out same day and showed me exactly what was wrong and options for fixing it. I paid a great price for fixing an issue. Even though I paid more than just home warranty it was worth it for knowing what's going on and that it won't break again. Love this company for the honest and knowledgeable work.

Our heating unit wasn't working and it was 61 degrees in our home. I called John Murray Plumbing and they recommended Bob Lucas at Custom Air. Bob and Tom not only fixed the problem but explained how to trouble shoot if we have another problem that would make it easier for them to find the problem. They both were polite and funny, the whole experience was pleasant and I would recommend them to anyone.

I would highly recommend Bob Lucas' Santa Clarita Custom Air for air conditioning and heating. Our furnace stopped working. I am so grateful that Bob and Tom were able to get it fixed on Christmas Eve! Bob and his team not only offer excellent customer service, but are also very experienced and their services are very reasonably priced.

Had these folks replace by old 3 ton HVAC unit in a very tight attic environment with a new Carrier Unit w SEER 16 condenser. During the summer months I saved about 33% off my electric utility bill.

The crew that did the work were here two straight days removing the old equipment and installing the new. They were very clean doing the work under very difficult attic conditions.

After living in the same home for 27 years, we are slowly starting to replace units that are not functioning well. Two years ago we replaced the air conditioner. I interviewed 5 businesses and decided to hire Santa Carita Custom Air. I waited two years to make sure the unit ran perfectly, and when it did, I hired the same company to replace my old "light it yourself with 20 matches" furnace. Santa Clarita Custom Air sent the same two technicians, Rafael and Juan, to replace the unit. 4 and a half hours later, I have a quiet furnace and more importantly, I'll never have to light another pilot in the dead of winter! The men also serviced the air conditioner free of charge. I highly recommend this company.

I’ve been doing business with this company for over ten years. They are very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I believe their prices to be fair and inline with most companies of this type. Called Bob Lucas owner of Santa Clarita Air after paying another company $190 for work that didn't last a day. Santa Clarita Air dispatched Casey to our home within hours. Casey diagnosed trouble and due to icing problem had to return next morning. Our air is up and running better than ever. Company and employees are are pleasant and honest. Pricing is given up front. We have an older unit, but were not pressured to replace it. We requested price of new unit for further reference, which Casey gave us. At the same time he offered hints to keep ours running for several years. I do recommended this company for honest and fast service.

A friend told me about this company and I had them come out for my annual air conditioner-heater maintenance. I could not be happier with my decision. We reached out to Santa Clarita Custom Air Inc for help removing a condenser. I called and spoke with Tom and set up an appointment. Tom and his team were right on time and performed the services as previously explained.

When it came time to hook the unit back up the team was back right on time and got the unit back up and running.

Five star service. Yesterday my air stopped working during our 100degree plus heat storm. I called SCCA knowing they were closed as it was Sunday but I wanted to get my name on the list. I received a call back at 7:10 before they officially opened and the r repairman was at my house at 8:00. Instead of telling me my 26 year old unit needed to be replaced. He simply replaced a part for only $300 and went on his way. If you need AC service call bob Lucas at Santa Clarita custom air!

Bob Lucas and his team are the best! After purchasing a new town home a few years back, my ac/ heating unit broke and I need a whole new unit! Bob and his team worked quickly and efficiently in installing a new unit for me. They were fair and honest and I would never ask anyone but them to come back for any issues I may have in the future! They are the type of people you send to your moms house!! Highly recommend them!!

Frank came out when it was 115 degrees out and fixed our broken AC unit quickly. He then realized that the unit wasn’t as efficient as it should be and fixed the too. Frank has worked on all 3 of my houses for the last 10 years. He is super classy, reliable, hard working, and honest guy!

I read the one review on Santa Clarita Custom Air and was wondering why they only had one review if they are that good. I hired them to put a new Air conditioning system in my house (as it never had central air). They (Bob Lucas and a technician) came out within one day and gave me a quote. Bob said the job should take three days and guaranteed that I would be happy with the work they perform. The system was installed within three days as promised and works fantastic. The technicians cleaned up each day, didn't leave any dirt laying around, and were very professional. Bob states that customer service and satisfaction is his most important goal. He accomplished both on my job. I would recommend Santa Clarita Custom Air to anyone including my relatives that need air conditioning work done. I only wish they did other work like bathroom and kitchen remodeling. It is extremely hard to find honest and reliable contractors, Bob Lucas is both honest and reliable.

Professional from start to finish. We had a problem (with the roof on our house) arise during installation and they offered several solutions, including letting us bring our own roof guy in. The owner Bob Lucas personally came to our house a few times. Great guy! When they left after the job, my property was cleaner than when they arrived. Price was the best we found and they finished ahead of schedule, even with the roof problem we discovered.
